Joanna Douglas is the executive director of branded content for Vox Media, overseeing a team of editors across our portfolio of brands. She occasionally writes articles on pop culture and beauty, particularly anything steeped in '90s nostalgia. Before her time at Vox Media and POPSUGAR, Joanna worked closely with makeup entrepreneur Bobbi Brown on the launch of Yahoo Beauty, and previously on Yahoo Shine. As an industry expert and trend forecaster, she's appeared on Good Morning America and The Today Show, and written for numerous websites and magazines over her 15+ year career. Outside of work, Joanna is currently obsessed with interior design, collecting unique ceramics and vintage glassware, and hanging with her mildly Insta-famous cats, Goji and Guava.
